I used to not really be a fan of google plus or google drive. I thought microsoft word was god I would write my papers and save them on my laptop and then when I needed to print I would just put it on my hard drive and bring it to school and print it out. Until one day my laptop caught a virus and all my assignments and papers were lost. And then Professor Hamon taught me how to use google drive and it saves everything automatically everytime with no worries. So if my laptop gets another virus then I dont have to have a break down and cry myself to sleep over loosing a paper. So I am for cloud services

Tropical Storm

While in class on october 24th diana brought to my attention that there was a tropical storm coming our way and it was passing over jamaica. I didnt really think it was that important until I got home and noticed that schools were letting the kids go early today and no school tomorrow on friday. I hope you guys are safe this weekend and prepare yourself and families for this storm.

Peer Review

This peer review stuff i used to hate it so. But now I believe I kind of like it. The group that actually revised my groups paper actually pointed out some good things and helped me fix what was wrong. I still have a little more work to do but that will be done by today.

Next Topic

I think the next topic should NOT be on the election. We have done enough on the election in my opinion, I think we should shake it up and do the next paper on something that means something to us and if we had to change everyones view on it what would we do. That paper would most likely have a lot of interesting topics to talk about and learn from.

Election Paper

my group and I are writing our paper on the different views that are different with each canidate and how they view each one. My part of the paper is going to be on the view of abortion because being a young woman in my twenties I might not be sure if I want children or if it would be right for me. And the decision should be soley mine whether or not I have children. A lot of people dont agree with this but it is my choice as it is every womans choice to make her own decision on whether or not she wants a child or not and she should not be crutinized for her decision at all.

Our first group paper

This week we started our group papers and let me tell you it is funny! People are taking it very serious but I guess its a good thing because people are taking this semester seriously unlike the other classes I've had that we had to kick people out the groups for not doing work and such things. This semester is turning out pretty well  and I'm looking foward to it.

O monday how I missed you

We are back in school on this beautiful monday afternoon. This weekend was very stressful at work. I work at Palms West Hospital and this weekend we got a lot of sick kids so it was crazyness going on in there. We were running around like crazy and some people even missed lunch :( . I couldnt even study, so you know it was busy. So I am glad to be back here at school doing what I do best and being productive with my time.

elections

I have been reading some negative things that are being put in peoples post about who they voting for or whether or not they are decided yet. Everyone has a option on who they want to run this country for them. I also dont agree with people putting all this stuff on the personal media because things can offend people that you never though would. That is my personal opinion and I choose to keep my decision private but I will definitley be at the polls this election and I hope to see you guys there as well.

Presedential Election

I am very happy that the elections are coming back up! It is extremely important for everyone to go out there and vote for who they believe is the right candidate for them. I personally dont like giving my opinion on who I am going to vote for but I am definitely registered to vote and will be making my way to the polls in November. Hope to see some of you guys there.

Hey there

I am at school today on FRIDAY yes a FRIDAY, and I am not liking it. I came to study for my A&P class and do computer work for Hamons class. I used to think my other classes were a peice of cake but I was so sadly mistaken. But I prayed on it and I am going to study my little tush off. So see you guys monday in class.

The beginning of A&P

I have started my A&P class with Professor Lockhart yesterday, and I have been having angina since than. I have not closed my book because there is no time to waste when it comes to that. And on top of that the bookstore ran out of the A&P lab books. WHHYYYYYYY!!! do they not know we have homework that has to be done and things that have to be studied in that book. In my opinion that is totally ridiculous and should never happen in a school with this many students, it is very unacceptable. Well wish me luck guys please and THANK YOU!!!

First Class of the Semester

Well this semester is a HUGE change than last semester. In my compII class we had about 12 students in the class including Professor Hamon. This semester we have about 24 students and most are new Professor Hamons class and are already kinda scared about what he is takling about. I am happy to be back in class and learn so lets start this party and rock.
